Mission Statement
RBOOSH aims to provide a consistently high quality child care service with a focus on learning and development in accordance with the National Quality Framework, which meets the needs of children and their guardians.
Philosophy
Our philosophy applies to all children, families and staff that use the centre as follows:
- A commitment to continuously improve and implement best practice in the provision of OOSH care.
- To offer a secure and safe environment for all those who attend the centre.
- The development and continuation of a caring and nurturing environment for all those who attend the centre.
- To welcome all individuals regardless of ethnic and/or cultural backgrounds.
- To continuously provide opportunities for skill development and learning experiences through play-based education. To allow children opportunities to be involved in the creation and implementation of programs, and to learn from and teach others.
- A commitment of the parent-based management committee to collaborate with and contribute to the school and general community.
